Ida Kristine Kure

 Ida Kristine Kure is a PhD student at Department of Chemical Engineering at Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Norway, working with experimental and modeling studies of mass transfer and bubble dynamics in bubble columns containing liquids exhibiting complex rheological properties. She will give a presentation called “Bioreactor technology and plant design for meat production”, and this will be more general about bioreactor technology, upscaling of bioreactors and bioprocess design. She have a master’s degree in chemical engineering from NTNU, involving modeling of gas fermentation in a bubble column reactor.
